Never had any bad food here, everything has been good and worth the price. Customer service is usually good as well. Area is usually clean. Food comes out rather quickly. Decent prices.
Minus one star for the girl with the headset on(working drive thru). I can see what the other reviewers mean. Ive never been through the drive thru here, but she had absolutely NO customer service skills at all. She would come out with food and just drop it on the counter and call out a number and walk away. I needed help, but I was not acknowledged by her; not a look, a greeting, a 'did you need anything' or 'how can I help you'. She needs to be fired and replaced because the other front ladies have exceptional skills that make her just look all bad. Im not sure if that one bad apple is related to someone in charge or what(why is she still here??), but management NEEDs to get rid of her if you want customers to keep coming back so you can continue to make money.
Also the restroom floor was puddled wet in front of the sink, I almost slipped. Please have someone check both restrooms once an hour, unless you can handle a lawsuit if someone else actually gets hurt.
I would reccomend this place just please be wary of who is helping you, and also watch where you are walking.
Try it out though, I love it here. -

BEWARE: customer service here has always been terrible between the owner and the staff.
I have always enjoyed coming to Titan burgers and frequently stopped for the Titan burger combo. However, every time I come they usually mess up on my order -- which I turned a blind eye to. When they mess up they either were missing something from the order, not giving me my drink, or messing up entirely on my burger. If I go back to correct the order the drive thru women would usually give me some sassy attitude as if they were not wrong. For example, on one occasion I was met with side-eye and talking smack because the woman was SO SURE she gave me my drink. I usually just ignored it because it happened so often but again, the burgers were good. Last night though I had enough, I got burger combo which IS A SIMPLE order and drove all the way home (which was my mistake this time for not checking everything since they usually mess up 95% of the time). Again, I shouldn't have to check but I do here. When I got home I was met with a missing side of dressing, a messed up burger, nasty fries, and RAW MEAT. Now, I don't know about you but you should look into salmonella I had gone back and was met with attitude by all the staff and manager, they were telling me the meat wasn't raw -- it was. My order was too hard -- all I get it a bun, the meat, lettuce and dressing... didn't know that took a rocket scientist. The fries were stale and unsalted. AND ONTOP OF THAT... they almost didn't fix my order. Funny part is they messed up my order again, which was probably on purpose this time. Hey humans make mistakes, I get it but again, it's soooooo often and my order isn't even that hard I just had enough. I couldn't believe that they would argue back with me when all I wanted was them to fix my order. It's sucks that I have to deal with so much crap every time I go, I'm not the only one... my friends and family that have had these issues too. They just lost loyal customers.
Oh and the owner, I know you'll be reading this and issuing an apology. Look at the reviews of your establishment... don't issue me an apology over yelp I won't be returning nor reading this so don't bother wasting your time :) -

The food here is good and the staff is very friendly. However today I found a hair in my food, although they were more than happy enough to replace my food I just wanted compensation for having to drive back and replace my plate. I had to waste extra gas and time, but their policy is a refund or replace your plate so I was out of luck for their mistake.

I ordered with them yesterday and my food arrived cold and My fries were soggy which is disappointing because usually the food is really great and I never have a complaint.

Did you guys change your fries? They seem different today, the outside texture is different.... no longer a smooth texture on the outside. If so, please change them back. People love your fries, today I threw them out. Thanks
